Export from Earnings → Paid

Airbnb currently lets hosts open the Earnings dashboard, go to Upcoming or Paid, apply filters for listings, payout methods, and date range, then create a CSV report. Paid earnings are the better starting point when the goal is to verify cash that should already have reached the bank.

Keep the payout rows in the export

Airbnb’s reconciliation guidance documents a Type column that can include Payout. Do not remove those payout rows before using this tool: they are the expected bank-level cash entries.

Reservation, adjustment, fee, cleaning-fee, and gross-earnings detail can remain in the file. The adapter separates payout rows for bank matching and leaves the other rows as supporting detail.

Minimum useful fields

The current adapter requires a recognizable Type column and payout Amount or Paid Out column. Date and reference-code fields improve matching and review quality but are not required for basic amount reconciliation.

If your export uses a different header, the tool tries known aliases rather than requiring one exact CSV layout.

Be careful with payout-method filters

Airbnb lets hosts filter paid earnings by payout method. If you use multiple payout methods or routing rules, a partial export can omit payouts that went to another account. Reconcile each receiving account against the corresponding export scope.
