Rows whose Type is Payout become expected cash receipts. Reservation and fee rows stay supporting detail.
Know which Airbnb payouts actually hit the bank.
Compare Airbnb Earnings payout rows with bank deposits. One-to-one matching keeps missing deposits, bank-only transactions, and duplicate candidates visible instead of forcing a clean result.
Add Airbnb Earnings and bank CSVs.
Airbnb provides the expected payouts. The bank file proves which deposits actually arrived.
Waiting for files
Matching runs automatically once both files are loaded.
A bank reconciliation, not another earnings dashboard.
The bank file is filtered to likely Airbnb deposits, then amount and date eligibility are applied.
If more than one one-to-one answer is possible, the payout remains ambiguous rather than being auto-assigned.
Start with Paid earnings, then prove the cash.
Airbnb lets hosts export earnings from the Earnings dashboard and filter by date, listing, and payout method. The payout reconciliation uses those payout-level rows against the receiving bank account.
Before you upload a file.
Which Airbnb export does this tool use?
Use a CSV from the Airbnb Earnings dashboard, preferably Paid earnings for the period you are reconciling. The tool looks for a Type column and uses rows marked Payout for bank matching.
Can one bank deposit satisfy two Airbnb payouts?
No. Matching is one-to-one. A bank row can satisfy only one payout row, and multiple valid assignments remain a review item.
Do you upload or store my CSV contents?
No. CSV parsing and reconciliation happen in the browser. Operational telemetry is whitelist-only and does not include filenames, amounts, dates, payout references, bank descriptions, or CSV contents.
Why can payout date and bank date differ?
Bank posting time depends on the payout method and processing time, so the tool supports a configurable date window rather than requiring the two dates to be identical.
